Do they ever catch the people who start them?
If your computer was destroyed by one, what would that to your life?

I cannot for the life of me see just what these idiots gain from disrupting anyones line of communications.
I too would like to know if they ever catch them, and if so, what the penalty would be if presented to a Court.

Snopes, which is referenced in the posting has this as a real threat but ‘Outdated’
