Actually, the Flight Global article you linked to refers to the original bankruptcy from march last year. The FlugRevue article is from today.
Roughly translated from the FlugRevue article, my German ain’t perfect:
The German airline Blue Wings AG from Nordhorn has announced wednesday afternoon that all flight oeprations have been suspended.
Effective immediatley Blue Wings has suspended all flights, wednesday the 13th of january at 12:00 CET. The airline said the current financial position would not allow them to conitnue
The airline requests all passengers that have booked a flight with Blue Wings to call them at +49 (0) 180 599 99 760 to discuss the possiblity of rebooking or refunds. Blue Wings works hard to find a quick solution for the current problems.
The company flies a fleet of Airbus A320 in a two-class layout flying from Düsseldorf, Karlsruhe, Leipzig and Münster to Moscow. The airline also offered flights to Beirut and Karaganda in Kazachstan. Blue Wings is owned by the Swiss investment company Alpstream and for almost half by the Russian billionair Alexander Lebedew.
