To straighten out any potential confusion, the Sea Fury that is the main subject of this thread is powered by an R-3350, where as the Walt Bowe Sea Fury for sale on Controller (which is linked to in post #6 and referenced in post #7) is powered by a Centaurus.

Goodall says she (C-FGAT) was rebuilt by Buddy Bryan in Georgia with an R-3350 1990-93, completed by Neil McClain in Utah 1997. No mention of any further engine change in that record.

R4360 would be good!

Interesting they don’t mention engine type or hours to run etc in the ad. Sort of need to know this info.
. Going by the photo with a 5 blade prop she would have a Centaurus.

Both of the Czech Furies have beeen up for sale recently. Wonder if the other one has been sold yet.
To Seafuryfan; if you want a Centaurus powered one, why not get this one?

I wouldn’t think so.
The machine did get sold and moved to the Czech Republic.
I seem to recall that it has also been up for sale again, so, it kinda adds up.
