I feel very sad from hearing of this particular company’s policy. An utter disgrace. I understand from one report that I’ve read, that the individual in question was asked to remove her Poppy in front of other customers. So, not only do they employ a questionable policy but they also employ managers who use humiliation as a management tool.

Very disappointing, I hope they reconsider and send that manager on an appropriate training course.
