Another Bulava failure

The word from Russia over the weekend was that the first attempted Bulava launch from the second Borei-class submarine failed on Friday. Something seems to have gone wrong during the second minute of powered flight.

The Russian Navy has stopped state trials of this boat and the next one, and plans to add five more test launches to the trials programme.
