Another Halifax in Norway?

I met up with the son of a former Halifax pilot the other day. He mentioned that another Halifax had been discovered in a fiord in Norway. Can anyone shed light on this matter? Or is it just another rumour…

Phillip,

Don’t know about this discovery (but I am excited if it’s true) but it doesn’t surprise me one bit as there could be several still lurking in Norwegian waters. Perhpas Karl K could do his bit on this one if LW170 turns out to be elusive.
If the son knows more, why not ask him furhter?
