Hi again guys
After Taiwan it was back to Manila for a day, unfortunately this was the day i found somewhere decent for shots, but, the rain was hammering down!!, still, not one to be put off by a bit of bad weather……….
First few are shot from aircraft windows on sept 15th:

The below shot shows some of the Military Fokkers lying about.. in the background is the fantastic Terminal 3 which was built several years ago, and lies unused due to corruption allegations etc… very odd to drive past the terminal with loads of airbridges and not one aircraft near it!

Next few also shot from a Cebu airbus window on 16th Sept:

And so on to the 19th in the rain, i had about 7 hours to waste, so started with a visit to the Phil AF museum at the airbase. This only opened in July, it is very smart indeed with interactive displays and cockpits, weapons etc.. inside and a few aircraft(that have unfortunately seen better days) outside.
Apologies to mods for some military content:
T-6 Texan
SIAI Marchetti SF260
T-34 Mentor
F-8H

T-28 Trojan
Finally a Sikorsky S62
More along in a mo…………………..

Agreed Michael
The state of some of them is quite shocking, The YS-11 is very nice indeed inside, 4 sections, some with normal seats others the setee types, the room with the mirror is the captains rest room.
Thanks for the comments.

More exceptional shots!
Those interior shots are amazing, it’s just a shame that the aircraft has been allowed to get into such a terrible state.
