Another part ID from the ww2 scrappies :)

Hi all , just cleaning some old parts found at the ww2 scrapyard south west ! , got a interesting part , nothing much to look at , looks like a shroud for a cockpit lever , what interested me is its stamped “R3 “. And
Non descript number then another stamp in a circle , “769” then just a long sequence of numbers “78832”
Is this a part from a Avro Manchester ??? , if it is I will be very chuffed as the avro Manchester is a bit of hens teeth for me .
