Ive been told that another CAC Sabre jet is close to getting ready to fly in Australia. It has been identified to me as the former RAAF Sabre A94-352, now owned by Jeff Trappett, and is close to flying it seems in Victoria as it is nearing the end of its restoration.
Im not aware of any photos of it at present but im sure some will come out somewhere???. There are some photos online and in magazines over the years showing this aircraft stored/under rebuild.

The Historic Australian Aircraft page on Facebook will neatly bypass the “I’ve been tolds”
There are some great images there.

For those who would like to know the information should be credidited to the people who posted it not in the usual ‘I heard something’ tone.
Here is the link to Jeff Trappetts CAC Sabre A94-352 a Mk.32 Sabre conducting ground handeling trials at Latrobe Airport in Victoria Australia recently.

Yeah it is owned by Jeff Trappett and was performing ground handeling trials at Latrobe airport on Thursday. A94-352 is expected to be back flying at air shows in 2013.
