We tied the Tiger to a piece of string and a pole in the middle of the airfield.

That Catalina already has a badly fitted body kit… Still I am sure they will do a good job on it.

Our Cessna is lucky to put 40hp out some days… well it feels like that anyway.

Guess they will be putting a big sound system in it soon along with larger exhausts, shiny chrome wheels and some nice blue neon striplight things underneath it, maybe also add a badly fitting body kit to it as well for the full effect.

The 172 is a lovely aircraft with 180hp it is more practical than a standard 172 and performs very well, maybe it’s the company it keeps inside the hanger 😉

Was there anybody in the Tiger on Saturday or did it just do a circuit all on its own in the high winds?

That was a nice 172… mind you anything looked good behind that Cat. It looks good in Essex…tinted blisters an engine that is very unwell and the dazzling paint scheme.

See it soon, cruising Southend seafront!

Oh no, I was in the 172 that hid behind Catalina.

You speak with forked tongue Mr Slowly, I saw the Rapide flying today 😉 In fact we landed just behind it. Bit of a breeze about today though.

It’s looked pretty good here for a few days too, but the forecast is for it all to go to a bag of ratsh!t again this weekend. And as I’m due to do skills test revision on Sunday afternoon, it’s looking very much like that’ll be the SEVENTH consecutive weekend I’ve been canned due to weather. 🙁
