Another VB Scare

Another F*****G Looney produced a knife to cabin staff on a Virgin Blue flight from Brisbane to Cairns.
He told police he wanted to test security after he was arrested at Cairns Airport. It’s getting to be an every day occurance in this part of the world. Will post more details as they come through

Apparently it was a box cutter, a plastic sheath and a composite blade , thats how it got past the metal detector.
The same type of thing used 9/11.

Tough luck on the smokers I suppose! They can always stuff their faces, chew gum or use a nicorette patch if they really need to.

I have this view that air rage has alot to do with smoking! u cant smoke anymore on flights and if your heavy somker then you become very dependent on a fag every so often, thenif you cant you loose it, for example most air rage occurs on long haul flights

This is surprising, as in my experiences, I’ve felt the security in Australia to be very tight, even prior to 9/11.

Whilst clearly a nutter, the errant passenger has demonstrated a flaw in security. If you get angry with anyone T5, it ought to be the authorities. It’s their job to prevent these incidents.

Testing security? I didn’t think it was up to the passengers to do such a thing. That’s just warped and people that are clearly a threat to other passengers should be destroyed!

Steve.

Makes you wonder how long it will be before a serious terrorist with a serious objective manges to get through. Scary stuff.
