You may have seen the news reports about the four-year old girl required to give evidence in the trial of her stepfather,accused of raping her when she was just two.This little girl was cross-examined (via a video link) by two lawyers for forty-five minutes.Is it acceptable for a child this young to be put through such an ordeal,or how else could it have been handled ?
