Ansett B777's

Is it true that Ansett are getting B777’s from Singapore Airlines? Are they buying or leasing?
For all readers outside of Australia, Ansett is a domestic carrier in Australia, mainly, they do have a couple of international destinations.

i’ve actually heard that Ansett is going to acquire up to 12 747s for it’s as yet not announced trans pacific services, and the B777s or A330s will be used on routes to asia

i have heard of this as well, i would be interested to know as well maybe they will start american services from sydney??
