I know some of us here have some conecctions to Ansett employees, does anyone know if they are going to get jobs with either QANTAS or Virgin Blue, or perhaps the new guys Spirit?

There will certainly be many Ansett employees being taken on by Virgin Blue and Qantas but not all of them can be taken and so there will be many left without any job at all.

I saw an advertisment here i the UK for airport staff with Vigin blue at Brisbane. Perhaps Virgin Blue will have positions availble for Ansett staff.

I know some cabin crew will have jobs at virgin and qantas aswell as maitenence crew to,Tech crew not to sure about because none of those airlines have an airbus fleet,I know some tech crew who have landed jobs at silkair in singapore which is good for them.It was a disgrace to see this happen,and people and companies need to be made to bear all.
