Anson / rapide seat leather and advice

Good evening

I have recently come across a 3 legged seat with arm rest and am led to believe that it is a seat from an Anson or rapide.

I was wondering, does anyone have any surplus leather parts available please? I.E. Both arm rest pads, the main seat and the back cover?

What is the best way to preserve aluminium that has started to corrode please? Should I give it a gentle rub down, undercoat and reprint?
