Went to see it this afternoon at the flicks………I enjoyed it as a couple of hours entertainment where you can switch off and just watch it. The CGI wasn’t too bad either:)
But calling him RUSSIAN:eek: and an Antonov An500:confused: was a bit beyond the pail!!!!!!!

They’ve been showing ads on TV for the film for the last month or so. Lots of planes including a Cessna 400 series twin.
Having said that, it looks like a cartoon with so much CGI…

That was a shocking headline! Will be seeing the film on Saturday.
I’ve seen it. Don’t spend too much on Cinema tickets is my tip of the day.
(Spoiler Space)
Corny and very unbelievable sub-plot, predictable and very unvelievable main plot and the ubiquitous hero having to die to save the planet (After he’s fought and beaten the villain with a remarkably loose electric cable of course)….with his last words of “Tell my wife and kids I love them”.
The SFX are OK, in as much as that is what I assume a nuclear explosion in Space looks like.
