If you want to go to Mechelen you can choose between Antwerp Central Station or even the nearer to the airport Antwerp Berchem station!

Thanks Fokker – I wanted to get some idea of the taxi fare (or bus fare) more than anything, but only 3km is not too bad compared to some distances from centres to airports. After my flight lands I have to go into Antwerp and catch the train to Mechelen from the Centraal station. My flight lands at lunchtime so I need to eat before I leave the airport ideally.

About sobelair, I don’t know, but, AFAIK, they were operating from Bierset (Liège Airport) last days. So,, I presume that they continue to fly.
