Any aviation bullet ammo experts?

I bought a bullet I thought I was a cut down Hispano, but it’s stamps suggest a MG151 relative. Did these get used post war? Am I wide of the mark?

Apologies to the delicate souls on the forum who might not like such a request about a bit from a sad old man!

Date and “re-purpose” suggests Rhodesian Air Force a possibility. Alouette III (K Car)

Not that common, Alouette III helo seems to be the main possibility. Wartime widely used German.

It is 82mm! It also appears to have a March 1975 date on it

I would say French, maybe cut that way for drill purpose. Is the case length 82mm?
