I am looking for someone who lives in the Cleveland area to have a look at the contents of a book dated from the 1930’s in the Cleveland library. The information given is vague and I am not able to identify if this was an air publication etc.
The book is called “Air ministry instrument specification”, 629.13078 G798A 1-2.

There are no holds available on the book and it is kept in Science & Technology Department Storage, but is stored off site.
This sounds like one of those cases where you would need to go and request the book and then come back when it has been delivered from its storage to a “reading room”. I live in Australia so am unable to achieve this from here.
Is there someone in the area able to have a look at the book and tell me what it is and what is in the contents page?
I suspect I will want a copy of the book but need to identify actually what is in it first.

Thank for your reply. This is the only reference I have found for a book on this subject and I have looked in most of the locations you have identified.
I must thank you for recommending a researcher for Kew, I have wondered for years who would be the best bet for some of the things I am interested in.
Having had another look at the ClevNet summary, when you click on availability, it advises that this is a reference book with no holds. I took this to mean that as a reference book you have to go to where it is, rather than requesting a hold, and having it delivered to your library branch for you to borrow. In other words no holding for borrowing.
I was just hoping that there would be a kind soul in Cleveland who was interested in the subject, and may wish to go to the library to avoid the cold.
Making requests by email can be time consuming. I will contact the library and get the ball rolling anyway.
