Have acquired a couple of unusual panels, am assuming from RAF aircraft, not really sure what type either could be from. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
This one’s fairly heavy duty aluminium, looks like an access panel with hinges, seems to have part of a serial number on it.

And this is made from some sort of composite material, perspex ‘window’ inside.

Had a look and the first one looks like It is the panel on the front left hand side of the sea vixen fuselage. This apears to be where Navy maintenance serials were painted but I cant find anything which contains a R or1/I. Any one got any ideas as to which sea vixen this panel came from?

Sounds like Inspectors stamps.
DHC is de Havilland Christchurch (ex Airspeed).

Well, there’s some handwitten stuff, “DHC 10” and “DHC 45” if I remember correctly, rest is a bit difficult to make out

First one looks like Sea Vixen.
Dunno about the second – any numbers on it?
