This has everyone I’ve shown it stumped. I really haven’t a clue what it is, and am only posting it here because I found it on the old RFC Port Meadow, so I guess there’s just a possibility it might be WW1 aviation-related. It appears to be brass, quite heavy gauge – about 1/32″, and the holes are all neatly countersunk.
