Any news on the Wattisham 109E

Hi,

Has anyone heard any more news regarding the Bf109E that was been housed at Wattisham? I assume it hasn’t flown as I’m sure it would’ve been big news if it had!

I’ll tell her you sent your regards when I see her this morning. Hasn’t flown yet but we are hoping if the sun ever returns.

Thanks for that, I thought it must have gone by now, it getting on for two years since I took that photo.

Shame we can’t seem to keep machines like this in the UK. 🙁

Hi Chris,

Ah so I assume it never took it’s first flight here then? Real shame, she looked a little stunner! 😎
