Would anybody happen to have any photos from previous open days ?
Specifically circa 1996-98 when they had two Harriers (ZD668 & ZD670) just arrived from Wittering.
I recall one of them parked between a Lightning nose and a Canberra nose at one event.
OR… aside from Brian Pickering at MAP, where else can I find military a/c photo’s please ?
Cheers…

I have photos of every aircraft on site at that time if any of them are of use to you.

Plazz,
Thanks. Which a/c is that second photo ? Any ideas ?
Could you mail them to me please ?

How about going back even further to the days when Bruntingthorpe was full of B-47s and B-66s?

Wrecks & Relics 17 has XV738 as exported to USA in 1998.
Wrecks & Relics 19 has ZD668 currently at Lowestoft awaiting export to USA.

Where did those harriers go ? anybody know ?
At least 1 is in the USA as part of a project to get a GR3 flying again.
