Yes, Sat2, you’ve got it in one. We realise all film adaptions involve compromise but losing 10″ from the main man is pushing it a bit. Perhaps they’ll do what was (allegedly) done in Alan Ladd films and dig trenches for the other actors to stand in so that he would appear to be taller.
