Anyone experience with UV cockpit lights?

Hi,

Today I received a cockpit light for my cockpit project. This light was made by the French company Labinal. The light is complete with the UV bulb. Now I like to try if the bulb still function. I know I need a starter/ballast but does anyone know what starter/ballast I need? Are UV lights still used in aircraft/ Any information is highly appreciated! Attached 2 photos.
