Anyone have information on the Turkmenistan Air Force?

the rise of gas exports and cottons has certainly helped Turkmenistan’s income.. according to this article..

the Turkmen airforce and army has undergone much modernization and some new arms purchases (in fear of what they saw in Iraq)
