Looks like quite an extended version of the William Wyler documentary of The 1943 classic, “The Memphis Belle”. Looking for a review if anyone has this DVD. Say’s it has almost four hours of Belle footage….thanks

Just ordered a copy (Region 1) from UK Amazon. Just over £10 delivered! They still have a couple available.

Rob, thanks and no problem…I was really amazed that there was enought material out there for this length of a program. I knew Col Morgan for many years and talke to him about what his crew thought of a cameraman climbing around his B-17 as they flew a mission. The famed director Willliam Wyler even went up and got some shots of the Memphis Belle landing from the ball turret. I can’t even began to wonder how hard it was to shoot film under actual combat conditions inside a B-17 ‘under fire, when one walks inside a Fort you began to see how small and cramped they are. Going to order this myself…thanks for the reply !
