This photo of a cabin interior comes from the Qantas Heritage Collection. No-one can work out what the aircraft type is.
The scan is poor quality, but the chairs are wicker and the seat at the rear is leather covered.
It would be great if someone can give us a clue, please?? 😮
G’day 😉

Nope, I’m wrong! It IS the Vulcan. Well done!! 😀
The windows in this link are precise; www.imperial-airways.com/Vickers_61-74_vulcan.html
Thanks for the research work!

Nothing more than the product of a miss spent youth eagerly devouring Putnam Publications.

While the shape may favour the Pig, aren’t the windows too big?
I’d never given the Pig a moment’s thought, but will search a bit harder on the DH-61.
Keep ’em coming; thanks!! 😀

I suspect it is the Vickers Vulcan – c/n 7 was trialled by QANTAS.

Isn’t it a de Havilland DH 61 ?
