As the title says, there was a tristar and a C17 in, but not sure why they closed 21/03 untill today.

Does Ryanair issue gas masks or does one have to purchase them from the flight attendants?
Seemingly a discount is available should you anticipate a ‘gas leak’ online…:p

You should know, it was you I threw it at 😎
I wondered what that odd smell was that kept following me around for most of the holiday, I just thought it was you. Actually, indirectly I guess it was you. 😀
Anyway… 🙂

Is that why he’s been banned from all air travel for the next three years?

Ryanair declared an emergency after a toilet malfunction caused a ‘toxic waste hazard’ inbound from Ciampino, gas masks were issued.;)

Was it anything to do with the shuttle.

the tristar and c17 were weather diversions from Brize
the runway closure could have been something to do with the C17 and Im not going to say why ( dont fancy the MIB at my door yet again):cool:
Sounds like they were using it as Europe’s longest, linear, remote stand again then…
And yes Kev, I hate it when the Motherwell Intelligence Bureau call round as well. 😀

Could it have something to do with the Large amount of Military aircraft in, Includeing the “New” Nimrod Spy planes.
Nothing to do with the Nimrod

Dunno… NOTAMs don’t say:
) EGPX/QMRLC/IV/NBO/A/000/999/5531N00436W005
FROM: 08/12/01 14:10 TO: 08/12/02 14:00
E) RWY 03/21 CLSD
Q) EGPX/QMRLC/IV/NBO/A/000/999/5531N00436W005
FROM: 08/11/30 13:42 TO: 08/12/01 14:00
E) RWY 03/21 CLSD
But it looks like it was closed 30th and up to 14:00 on 1st December, opened for 10 minutes, and is now closed again until 14:00 tomorrow

Until today, but from when?
Have a look at the NOTAMS.
For those of you that don’t know, 21/03 is the runway, not the 21st March… 😉
