Anyone planning to visit Shoreham RAFA Airshow next w/e?

Hi All,

I guess Biggen Hill Airshow on same w/e may prove the bigger draw for those with long lenses, but if anyone is planning to “do” Shoreham instead please get in touch via PM if you fancy meeting up, I’m planning to go on Saturday, but may change to Sun if weather looks better.

After getting washed out at Biggen last year 😡 I’ve decided to attend Shoreham after a couple of years absence – it’s also only 20mins away from home 🙂 if weather turns really sour.

So, what else is in Shoreham’s favour?
The stunning “Hogwarts-esque” backdrop of Lancing College Chapel and the South Downs, a wide cross section of “acts”, and a friendly atmosphere….relatively painless road access (but arrive early to get “on site” parking).

If anyone fancies venturing this far South and fancies saying hello over a beer (who knows they may even have my local brewery Harvey’s award-winning 😀 produce on tap?) then get in touch during this week and perhaps we can set something up.
