anyone remember?

Does anyone remember watching a tv programme shown in the 70s which featured harriers, jaguars, and maybe tornadoes using bombs, rockets and cannon on a bombing range, commentator was Raymond Baxter. Have searched for references but found nothing. Fairley sure i wasnt dreaming it!
