AP2141, what is its title?

I have found a reference to air publication 2141, which suggests that this is a manual for Kollsman Instruments.

Is anyone able to confirm if this is the case?

Including the Kollsman Sun Compass as used by El Adem Desert Rescue in the early 50’s when out in the ‘bundoo’??
