Apaches to Algeria?

according to the Algerian newspaper El Watan:

– Pending the end of their arms embargo, the US will start delivering a load of armaments to Algeria this very month, as a sign of appreciation to the country’s commitment against terrorism.

– A squadron of AH-64 Apaches, equipped with Hellfire missiles;
– Assorted anti-terrorism materiel;
– Upgrades to existing Algerian helicopters to make them fit for night operations;
– spare parts for their C-130s;
– Humvees.

The US is to spend, in 2005, 850 million USD in military aid to Algeria. Needless to say, Morocco is not exactly happy with this. Algeria already has a fleet of SU-24s and the ability to refuel them in flight.
