May i ask are there any reliable , “brochure” specs for these radars ? i havent found much online , few figures i found for the APQ-120 are anywhere from 70 to 100Km for air to air mode…(theres even datas in old flight global magazines quoting things like detection range for RCS=1m2 of 56km(30nm)!
Theres a relatevly good general image on the russian radars capability, french acceptable enough, american ones ,well …can be better( tho i guess its the top secret thing ) but surprisingly cant find much on these F-4 oldies!
I know there are some posts here on this forum regarding various radars detection ranges agains various size targets , but i dont buy them all, as there are many errors…( things like N-001 -240km!!! oh come-on…)
