April Fools Day

Tomorrow is April 1st, what’s the best April Fools gag or prank you’ve experienced ?

I’m from a place called Paisley near Glasgow Airport and the local newspaper always comes out with a few crackers. One year it was the front page story that the runway was to be extended using a state of the art Japanese curved runway system, owing to space limitations. Another year they announced gold had been discovered in the nearby hills… People were actually seen panning the streams after that one.

They also published a cut out token entitling the bearer to a free packet of the newly launched Tennants Lager flavoured crisps. About three hundred people turned up at the local Safeways’s looking for their free crisps.
