Working shifts as i do i often end up watching a bit of morning Television, The adverts at this time either seem to be offering insurance, Loans or offering people a chance to make a claim for some accident they may of had.
I don’t know if you have seen the adverts i mean but they show people that have fell off ladders, Fell off the back of a lorry etc, Then they have claimed and got some sort of settlement in the £1000’s. It troubles me that in this day and age that companies are making a fortune out of others misfortune’s.
I understand that there are times when you have a Accident that you should get compensation, But it seems to me that its all to easy to claim even for accidents that were your own fault or stupidity.
I think there has become a claim culture and it seems to be getting worse as time goes on.
What do you think?.

Yes we have became a claim culture and it still getting worse.
My local council would not grit certain roads because the salt may land on the paths & anyone could slip and go after the council for compensation.
I think they should ban them ads

On a similar vein, why are all the people in those Ocean Finance commercials so damn ugly and why don’t any of them watch those daytime interior design shows ? I mean honestly, wallpaper borders went out with the ark !!! 😀 :diablo: 😮
