ARIEL C-130?

I just watched a BMDS video made by Northrop Grumman, and in it there is an aircraft called an “ARIEL C-130”. It seems to be a C-130 that has a Laser mounted on it to kill ballistic missiles. I searched for some info on the aircraft, but I have come up short… can anyone help me out?
