The conclusions of the article (as I see it) are:

[a] Flankers give its operators a different level of capability due to its (1) range and (2) powerful range of sensors and weapons, which will only improve in the future

[b] JSF sux

[c] RAAF must get the F-22 and nothing else will do

IMHO Mr Kopp probably has some vested interests which surface in his writings.
