Artists Impressions

Inspired by the PAK-FA thread where artists impressions of the new aircraft are thrown about quite a bit I thought it would be interesting to have a look at past attempts. Many aircraft, Soviet and Western have been the subject of a lot of attempts by artists to predict their lines – most of these have been wide of the mark.

Please post any artists impressions of previous aircraft that we can now compare to the real thing. Personally I am most interested in artists’ attempts to depict Soviet aircraft (especially during the ’80s).
