Had a day at Jakarta on 20/9, some shots are through the windows of the airport hotel which overlooks the international terminal, the rest are from the roof terrace of the domestic terminal, big problems with heat haze (only 110 degrees!!)
Lots of stored/butchered aircraft lying around CGK:

Noticed an “old friend” lurking in the background here… Heavylift Belfast..

More along in a mo………………

The 737 with dreamlinver livery. Is that a 739ER? The door layout is diffent then normally. Normally there are 4 exits per side but this one has an extra exit just aft of the wing.
Yes Pieter it is indeed the -900ER they just had 2 delivered a few days earlier, the other in normal Lion c/s with a “Boeing 737-900ER” flash down the fuselage, and, advert posters all over the place about the 900s.

Excelent…Some very colourfull tails there.
Nice to see that the 732s are still in heavy use in some parts of the world.

Nice shots from somewhere different. I like the Thai A300 for obvious reasons! 🙂
