Aussie Spitfire project making progress

Sent to me via email is a progress photo of an Aussie Spitfire project making progress to fly…. It is shown underway in NSW slowly coming together …..photo seen on the connected to a person assisting on the rebuild it seems –

I was totally unaware of its existence. I visited Col’s hangar a number of times many years ago.

Indeed it is ….Ross is his son. I have met Ross in 2009 for a flightgear shoot with the CAC Mustang and P-40 Kittyhawk.

SAE prop shaft, I assume that isn’t the flight engine?

Being thick now ,but which Spitfire is that Daniel?.Amazing place with all the coach building going on in the other pictures,really nice to see that sort of craftsmanship.
