Today the International Auster Club held an invitation fly-in to Rearsby. On farm land that once formed part of the historic Rearsby airfield and home to the Auster and Beagle Aircraft Companies the farmer had kindly prepared the recently harvested field especially for the fly-in. Overnight rain and poor visability in the morning reduced the anticipated arrivals to approximately half of those anticipated but none the less some 20 Auster variants paid a visit. Without doubt to some the appearance of the worlds only complete and flying Auster Agricola was the star of the event.
Below some pictures of the aircraft attending.

Great pics. All those lovely Austers! What a surprise to see an Agricola. The only other time I can recall seeing one of them was Farnborough 195???
Thanks
