‘The National Museum of Flight in East Lothian are keen to acquire an Auster Autocrat or similar for a museum display. Does anyone out there know of any aircraft that is perhaps not airworthy but nonetheless in good displayable condition (or could be displayed without too much work)? copied from Facebook.
What a strange turn around for a museum that disposed of an Auster V when Concorde arrived!

I know a MKV that has just gone to Canada!!!
Perhaps they are moving out Concorde and putting back all the items in store. Or perhaps they are going to display the Beaufighter!
