Australian Army CH-47's in Action

Hope you like these pics guys, Australia only has 6 CH-47D’s serialed A15-102, A15-103, A15-104, A15-106, A15-201 and A15-202.

They carry on the serial listing of the CH-47C’s that we did have 14 of but traded back for these newer models after it was found that the S-70A-9’s weren’t up to the same standard of operational capabilities. the four in the 10 series were the new order and the two in the 20 series were a follow on order that came a couple of years later when it was realised that four wasn’t enough.
