Australian judge tells it like it is….

I like it :D:D

A young driving offender has been told he faces the prospect of a jail shower “with the gorillas in the mist” if he continues to break the law. Judge’s ‘Gorilla’ Warning To Teen Sydney Magistrate Brian Maloney gave 19-year-old Cody Heap a stark warning about jail life in an attempt to scare the youth into good behaviour.

“You’ll find big, ugly, hairy, strong men (in jail) who’ve got faces only a mother could love that will pay a lot of attention to you – and your anatomy,” the magistrate said.

Heap appeared at the city’s Downing Centre Court charged with driving without a licence, failing to stop at a police alcohol check point and driving dangerously.

It was his third time before the courts for driving offences – prompting the magistrate’s warning he would be jailed next time.

The teen was banned from driving until 2013, placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond and ordered to perform 150 hours community work.

But the magistrate was not the only one exasperated by the teenager’s recklessness.

Sydney’s Daily Telegraph was inundated with comments from readers after the newspaper published a photo of the baby-faced offender flashing a grin and two thumbs up.

The paper’s editorial backed the magistrate, saying his comments were “a vision in clarity” and gave the teenager “a reality check of his future”.

“We can only hope this strategy helps. Hope it ends the slaughter of young innocents on the roads through stupidity,” the paper said.

Like Pedigree dogs. Poorly, inbred, no longer the breed they once were and cost a fortune to keep.
The yard-dog mutt however will live forever on crap food and never see a vet.

You have to make allowances because it in the colonies, they are from convict breeding stock after all.:D

They probably got the best stock!
Our “Stock” has inbred that many times they have toes on toes. Prince Charles does the “Gimme 6” with Phil the Greek!

I doesn’t only apply to the brain dead youngsters..what about a brain dead 78 year old Grandfather

A 78-year-old Melbourne man allegedly speeding at 170km/h on a winding road has become the oldest person to have his car impounded under Victoria’s hoon laws.

Police say the man was caught driving a Nissan Pulsar at 170km/h in a 100km/h zone in Brandy Creek Road, Warragul, east of Melbourne on January 1.

He was following a Nissan Skyline driven by a 36-year-old man.

Acting Sergeant Carlo Visser said the road was six metres wide and winding.

“It is disappointing to see a senior member of our community being so irresponsible – what example does this set for younger drivers?” he said.

“The man expressed to us that he believed he was a skilled driver, and that he races cars.

“But we fail to see how a driver can be competent when they are tearing around roads at 170km/h knowing that other drivers will not be expecting you.

“To put those people’s safety – and your own – at such risk is really just toying with death,” Act Sgt Visser said.

Both men had their cars impounded and paid $600 to retrieve their vehicles from the Warragul impoundment yesterday.

The 78-year-old from Narre Warren North and the 36-year-old Canterbury man will both appear before court where they face fines and licence suspensions.

Previously, the oldest driver to have their car impounded for speeding was a 64-year-old Melbourne man who drove a Porsche at 110km/h in a 60km/h zone.

Police have already impounded 42 vehicles in just six days from Victorian drivers.
