I thought I’d start an aviation trivia thread, something along the lines of Ripley’s Believe It or Not., Every once in a while I come across some interesting bit of info w/c would never merit a thread on its own but w/c others might also like to know. Just short, factual information (ie. factoids), no opinions and speculations. Feel free to join in.
Trivia: Jack Northrop’s original Flying Wing, the XB-35 which first flew in 1946, had a wingspan of 172 feet. This just so happens to be the exact wingspan for the B-2 Bomber.
