dark light

Aviation film with a different theme.

Watched this on Netflix.

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

The story of two grand children who investigate the life of their Kamikaze relative.
Contains some nice cgi aerial footage and dogfights with a little `nod` to Empire of the Sun at the end.
Interesting to see a film from the perspective of the `enemy`.
You have to like subtitles though.

Funny, I get “never heard of it” from Netflix…

I did the same and it came up when I typed as far as ‘the e’ in search.

If you connect to netflix via the internet and logon to your account you can select which
types of films you like.
Maybe that’s why I see it?

Might look into this….

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fighter-Pilot-DVD-Junichi-Okada/dp/B00TOED3KW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1435179996&sr=8-1&keywords=The+Eternal+Zero

Are they the same film?
