Aviation footage on video tape or cine ?

Does anyone have any interesting home made aviation footage on video or cine ?

I’m interested in making a compilation tape/dvd of forum members footage if you have any. It’s just for fun and there’s no commercial or otherwise incentives behind my plan.

I’d like to see tapes of airshows, airport visits and any general aviation related moving pictures shot or possessed by forum members.

The rules would be simple: No tv or movie footage allowed, only genuine camcorder or cine originated material. Tapes to be accepted would include VHS, S-VHS, mini DV, DV, Hi8, 8 or D8.

I’d edit the footage together, perhaps to music if appropriate and send a free VHS or DVD disc to all contributors. Any non contributors could receive a copy at cost of materials and postage.

I’ve done a similar thing in the past for other forums I subscribe to such as football and movie making and it seems to go down well. Everyone would receive a credit at the end of the film
