I recommend a site I’ve found at http://www.aviationjobsearch.com where you can search through 1000s of jobs throughout the world (but mainly UK) for pilots, cabin crew, engineers, technicians etc etc
You can apply online and also siubscribe to the joblist email where you will be mailed when a new position is posted to your area of interest.

Thanks for the reply, mainly I would like to be working on the apron with aircraft or preparing them for a flight etc

aviationjobsearch.com is very much operationally related, but there are loads more jobs out there to consider. What sort of things interest you?
