Aviation Relics

No doubt the Second World War definitely marked the use of aircraft as weapons of war. The link below provides a collection of images, many of them colorful and rare, taken during the conflict, at different times and in different operating theaters and showing details often dramatic, of the aviation during WW2. I hope you enjoy.

Honestly if there was a mass outcry we’d consider it. Most here seem content to let him post every few weeks. As said there is no imperative to look.

When the mods discussed it none of us felt there was anything to be gained by closing him down, nor anything to be lost by letting him post

He’s an unusual poster, but then variety isn’t a bad thing.

Moggy, I think it was because I don’t look at the identity of the poster before opening, I tend to go on thread titles, and this one is ‘Aviation Relics’.

I suppose seen from a wider viewpoint the old photos are ” Aviation relics”.

Don’t like them – don’t look …. easy!

It has been discussed. He pick up some interesting images and doesn’t deluge the forum with multiple posts. We can see no particular reason to ban his contributions.

Beermat – You know what he posts. Why do you bother to look?

I don’t think English is his first language, that might be the reason – the pics seem pretty interesting to me…

Can the mods do something about this spammer? Now he has started using misleading titles as well.
